Harry Judd, now 27, is best known for his work in McFly for the last ten years. McFly, for those on the west side of the pond like me, are an English pop band named after Michael J. Fox's character in Back to the Future. Not a boyband, exactly, since they write and play their own music. But they are 4 young cute guys, and have the kind of fanbase that looks like what you would have found at an NKOTB concert. The group did a small cameo on the new Doctor Who.
But more about Harry. The two wallpapers are derived from his time on Strictly Come Dancing. The show's format got exported around the world, and here in the US it became Dancing with the Stars. The shirtless ones are from his photoshoot for Attitude, which shows he's friendly with the gays. The whole band is, I think. The world has come a long way, baby.
