Finally, after decades of hiding in the shadows, it's cool to come out and admit to being a nerd. Well, way cooler than it ever used to be. There are even networks for it. You know, besides the SyFy Channel. Which I don't completely count anymore, what with the wrestling and reality shows and other non-geeky felgercrap that's on it.
I didn't watch MTV much after the '80s. But I do vaguely recall the late '90s series they had, Singled Out. Chris was the host, but the long hair and attitude just made him annoying to me.
Fast forward twenty years or so. Older, shorter hair, funny and a self-avowed nerd, and suddenly he's all kinds of cute. I'll be dedicating another day to Mister Hardwick. You can also see more of him at Superherofan and Tumblr.
Nathan Kress is 21 this week. He's best known for his stint on iCarly. Yes, I watched iCarly. It finished its run last year, and young Nathan hasn't done much since then. Hopefully, that'll change. He's cute, but I sense a potential for hunkiness in this kid. See more of Nathan here tomorrow, and on Tumblr.
