More Quinto, as promised. And Pine, as a bonus.
So I didn't see the Star Trek movie yet, or know if I will. I read some online synopses, and there are plot aspects that bug the hell out of me. Which is a shame, 'cause I like all the actors in it that I know. And the lure of The Pinto is strong. Or is it The Quine? I like Pinto better.
Pine brings the pretty to the equation. Hard to believe he's the son of the sergeant on CHiPs. Quinto adds the dark broodiness. Together, they could produce a lovechild that looks like the last image above (a neat morph I found at livejournal, more of which can be seen here). They'll be the source of a whole new wellspring of Kirk/Spock stories. Everything old is new again.
So, to Star Trek or not to Star Trek, that is the question. The answer? We shall see.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week
Premiere week. Tonight it's Heroes, and the feature of this post is Zachary Quinto as Sylar. Possibly the sexiest TV villain that slices the top of people's heads off and does something indeterminate with their brains to acquire their superpowers. OK, definitely the sexiest. Because, you know, not a big category.
