And put up a Starbucks. Stumbled across this video on YouTube. I vaguely remember reading that H. P. Lovecraft's home in Providence had been torn down. I never thought about what might have been built on the property after that. A Starbucks, of all things. The eldritch horror of it all.

A polar opposites post, the only commonality being both have Saturday birthdays.
First one we'll look at is Adrian Paul, the television Highlander. He'll be 51. Damn, he doesn't even look like he's 41! Whatever he's eating, I want me some of that. Or maybe he's got a picture in the attic. He popped up on one episode of Charmed as a bad guy, which was nice to see for a change. Here's his official site.
Adam Rickitt turns 32. I gather he was rather popular across the pond around the turn of the century. One can see why; he's as pretty as Adrian Paul is hunky. Doing videos like this didn't hurt either. He was very gay-friendly during this time. Which makes his go at politics later as a conservative rather odd. Looks to have gone back to acting now. Here's hoping that, since they share the same birthday, he'll age as well as Adrian. I did several wallpapers of Adam, since he's such great raw material. They're with my other wallpapers at Picasa. And here's Adam's official site.
