Gimme some sugar, baby

Soon the Sugar Bowl game will start, and Tim Tebow will play his last college game. The end of an era for the Gators. I think there's hope that Brantley will be the next Tebow, but you can never tell. I'd like John to do well, since he's from here.

I'm planning another post about Timmy closer to his birthday in August. In the meantime, I stumbled across the above wallpaper at the Defining Grace blog. I wish I could say I created this amazing composition, but no, credit where credit is due. Larger versions of it can be found at this post on the blog.

DDoM - DeCoteau Dude of the Month

Decided to try out this as a monthly feature. We'll start with Greg Cipes, whose birthday is January 4th. He appeared in DeCoteau's Ring of Darkness. Which is, as far as I can tell, the first boyband horror film. That has a former Baywatcher and an American Idol contestant in the cast. Yeah, only David could do a movie like this, God luv 'em.

Greg's regular gigs consist mostly of voicework, including Beast Boy on Teen Titans and Kevin in Ben 10: Alien Force. Ironic, considering he ain't exactly ugly.

And yes, I'll get to some of the Voodoo Academy guys eventually.

Happy New Year! To celebrate, here's Craig Horner. I can't find any reliable sources as to when his birthday is, only that he was born in 1983. There are some places that say today's the day, which is enough of an excuse for me. He's known more globally now for Legend of the Seeker. I'm predicting it'll be this generation's Wild, Wild West, turning young impressionable minds gay with all the shirtless bondage. Not that a TV show can turn anyone gay. I'm just sayin'. Btw, I'm liking the scruffy look he's sporting this season. Though there seems to be less shirtlessness, whassup with that?

Anyway, before Legend, Craig was popular in his homeland of Australia. See (and hear) some of the reasons why here.

Btw, does anyone know what his ethnic background is? He looks to have some aborigine or maybe Maori in the mix. Considering the results, that's a very good thing.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week

We'll end the year with Jason Behr, who will be one year older on Wednesday. He's probably most remembered from the Roswell TV series. Between the gentle whispery voice and that body, how could I not be a fan? This commercial doesn't hurt, either.

I think he's underrated, and hasn't broken out like he deserves. Maybe in part b/c instead of looking like he did before, he's doing roles where he gets more grungy. Boy needs to shave and get cleaned up, imho.
