WoW - Wallpaper of the Week - extra
I've rarely played a game of "Guess this chest" here, though I've tried a few times at SquareHippies. But if there was ever one made for it, it's gotta be this one. If you've followed the blog for a while, you might have a better idea, since I usually post wallpapers of him this time of year. Hint: He comes from a land down under.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week - extra
Gabriel Macht, seriously, you can't be 41. You've hardly changed in the last twenty years. I first encountered the terribly handsome angel that is Gabriel on Suits. But he's been working for a looong time before that.
Like when he was 8. That's when he got nominated for Best Young Motion Picture Actor for his role in Why Would I Lie?. He doesn't seem to have done much acting from then until his late teens. Which could explain why he's remarkably un-effed up, as can happen to child actors.
The start of his acting career as an adult was... interesting. He appeared in an episode of the original Beverly Hills, 90210. With flowing blonde hair. Which you can see here.
Yeesh! But if you focus on the face, notice it really hasn't changed much between then and now. He does appear to be naturally blonde, which I didn't expect from seeing him in Suits. Have to say, he's pretty sexy with the natural color. You can see him with a more standard cut in this interview with him and Alex O'Loughlin. I know, that much gorgeousness together, I could hardly stand it too.
I was surprised to discover he was the original Don Eppes in the unaired Numb3rs pilot. Apparently the chemistry was off, which is why they recast him with Rob Morrow.
Gabe got the lead in The Spirit, but it bombed at the box office. His performance was liked, though, so it didn't hurt his career as much as it could have.
And now he's on Suits. Ratings appear good, so we should be seeing him on a regular basis for the foreseeable future. No complaints here.
