WoW - Wallpaper of the Week - extra
Checking on Nick Wechsler for this series of posts, I found out he's five years younger than Jason Behr. So when they started Roswell in 1999, Jason was 26 and Nick 21. Which is interesting, since I thought Nick was older. Maybe because Jason is smaller and leaner. Now more than ten years on, and they're still well doable.
It's not like they're senior citizens though. Nick turns 35 this week. He fell off my radar since Roswell, but now he's a regular on Revenge. Which I don't watch, but I do appreciate the casting. See more of Nick on Tumblr, and here the next two days.

Merry First Day of Christmas
All these years. I was born and raised Catholic, yet I've always thought the Twelve Days of Christmas ended on Christmas Day. Apparently that's an American thing. In fact, the Twelve Days begin on Christmas, and go to January 5 (a.k.a Twelfth Night). Which makes it even worse, what with me being such a Shakespeare nut. I think I kind of knew, since Mom always put out the little manger scene on Christmas and took it down in January. I just didn't fully realize that was the proverbial Twelve Days of Christmas.
Anyway, I'd decided to do my own Twelve Days celebration, and now I know when to start. Today. Merry Christmas, by the way.
Before I started this blog, not only did I make wallpapers for fun, but also collages. I used them as them for screensavers. So since I've shared wallpapers with y'all, I figured it was overdue to share the collages. So, a few every day for the next twelve days. And Happy New Year. Which is still a surprise, what with the Mayan Apocalypse not coming to pass and all.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week
Lance Parker (26 this week) is a man between two worlds. Modeling and sports. Soccer, to be specific. Even though the modelling pays way better, he's focussing on soccer, only taking modelling gigs in the off-season. Nice to have options.
I thought David Conrad (44 this week) was oddly familiar. He got the most exposure (including shirtlessness) on Ghost Whisperer. But now I realize that I'd seen him before as Agent Pierce on several episodes of Roswell. He goes back and forth between stage and screen as much as he can, which is good for the acting muscles.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week
We'll end the year with Jason Behr, who will be one year older on Wednesday. He's probably most remembered from the Roswell TV series. Between the gentle whispery voice and that body, how could I not be a fan? This commercial doesn't hurt, either.
I think he's underrated, and hasn't broken out like he deserves. Maybe in part b/c instead of looking like he did before, he's doing roles where he gets more grungy. Boy needs to shave and get cleaned up, imho.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week
This post's theme is CSI.
First we have this Thursday's birthday boy, Brendan Fehr. He first got known as one of the main characters on Roswell. Did some TV and movies after, then played a lab tech for three seasons on CSI: Miami. The latest thing he's done is play Booth's brother on Bones. I like the longer hair that he used to have, it framed his face better. It's interesting how hair styles for men change over time.
Speaking of hair, let's talk Eric Szmanda, portrayer of lab geek Greg Sanders, the man of a zillion hairstyles on CSI. It's the geek factor that makes him extra cute to me, I think. Like him with longer hair, wish he'd kept it like that for a while.
