Chris Hemsworth (previously featured) turns 30 today. I'll be devoting the next several days to this wonder from down under. I think he's only going to get better with age. I'm looking forward to seeing what he'll do, and how he'll look, in 10 years. And 20 years. Plus imagine how gorgeous his children are going to be. Yep, the future's looking bright. The Avengers
Got back a bit ago from seeing The Avengers and have to say, loved it. With Joss Whedon at the helm and writing most of the story, I wasn't surprised. Everyone did great, and even the non-superpowered members of the team (Black Widow and Hawkeye) got some decent screentime. I was extremely disappointed, however, that there was no shirtless to be had throughout the whole movie from Chris or Chris. The only one we did see shirtless is CGI Hulk, which frankly doesn't count. Joss, you let us down there. Still, loads of fun, action and character stuff. Thinking there'll be an Avengers II, and I can't wait.
Oh, didn't see it in 3D, as I'm not a big fan. But I can imagine it'd be even more impressive if you choose to don the specs.
