WoW - Wallpaper of the Week - extra
The last ones. For a while, anyway. The green ones are him as Camulus on Stargate: SG-1. He is sort of a god, isn't he?

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week - extra
Thank you, TPTB, you've answered my prayers! I've been wanting to do more Steve Bacic (48 today and previously featured) wallpapers, but could find very few decent quality images to do so. I don't know if I fiddled enough with search parameters or what, but I finally have a goodly amount of pictures. Did the happy dance, then made some wallpapers. More than a day's worth. Yippee! More to see of him on Tumblr.

WoW - Wallpaper of the Week - extra
I wish I could find more high quality shots of Steve Bacic (47 tomorrow). Because I could make wallpapers of him for days. I love, love, love Steve. He's in my top forty-two of hot guys. It started with Andromeda. He first appeared on it in 2000, but became a series regular from 2003 through the end in 2005.

DDoM - DeCoteau Dude of the Month
You may know this month's guy if you're a fan of Glee. It's none other than Cory Monteith, who'll be 29 later this month. "What?" I hear you say, "Cory was in one of David's epics?"
Cory was born and raised in Canada, which I didn't know, eh? Lucky for him that he lived in British Columbia, 'cause it made it easy to get acting work in Hollywood North (Vancouver, that is). He had small parts in most of the shows filming up there, including Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis, Supernatural, Smallville, Kyle XY and Flash Gordon
Then in 2005 he got his film break, appearing in DeCoteau's Killer Bash. He showed off the contractually obligated amount of skin required by any young man in a Decoteau film. Right after that, he was in Bloody Mary, and showed off almost everything. The things a starving young actor will do for a part. After that, his film work was almost exclusively in the horror genre. Then along came Glee, and the rest is history.

Flashback
Flash! Ah-aaaah! Come on, you know you loved the 1981 movie. How not, with someone like Sam Jones playing the lead, in various states of undress and/or wearing leather. And the overall campiness. I mean, come on, it's campier than a Cher/Madonna/Village People concert on Fire Island during Pride Week. The soundtrack by Queen elevated the movie even further into camp heaven. For another opinion, see this.
Now some sources say the album came out in the US in February of '81, two months after the movie. I know this ain't so, as I very distinctly remember buying at least half-a-dozen copies for Christmas presents after the movie premiered in December '80 in Miami.
I still have the issue of Playgirl in which Sam appeared. Ah-aaah, indeed.
